GrowMore provides professional advisory and facilitation services for MSMEs and startups operating in India. Our services include:

• Business registration — sole proprietorship, partnership, LLP, Pvt Ltd
• Legal protection — trademark, copyright, patent filing
• Certifications — MSME Udyam, FSSAI, ISO, BIS, GeM
• Government scheme advisory — PMEGP, CGTMSE, Mudra Loan, Stand-Up India
• Business finance facilitation — loans, working capital, invoice financing
• Digital services — website, GST filing, digital marketing, e-commerce

GrowMore acts as a facilitator and advisor. We do not guarantee approval of government schemes, loans, or registrations as these are subject to government and institutional decisions.

By using our services, you agree to the following obligations:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times
• Not misuse our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Not engage in any activity that could harm GrowMore's reputation or operations
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our proprietary tools or processes
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised access

Our fee structure is transparent and communicated upfront before any engagement begins:

• All service fees are quoted and agreed upon before work commences
• Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on your engagement
• Detailed tax invoices are provided for all services rendered
• GST is applicable on all services as per prevailing Indian tax laws
• Payment plans may be available for larger engagements — subject to agreement

Government fees, statutory charges, and third-party costs are billed separately at actuals and are not included in GrowMore's service fees.

All content on this website and within our proprietary tools is protected by intellectual property laws:

• Text, graphics, logos, icons, and images are the property of GrowMore
• Our DPR frameworks, scheme advisory tools, and processes are proprietary
• Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission
• The GrowMore name and logo are registered trademarks

Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

GrowMore acts as a facilitator and our liability is limited accordingly:

• We are not liable for government processing delays or administrative backlogs
• Loan rejection or scheme rejection decisions by financial institutions or government bodies are beyond our control
• We are not responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate information provided by the client
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee paid for the specific service in question

GrowMore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
